It looks like we now have a White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. Sounds awfully wrong, not to mention that church and state shouldn't mix, especially for "training people to do new jobs, or figuring out the role of faith-based organizations in combating global climate change". Also, "Members of the Council shall serve without compensation, but shall be allowed travel expenses, including per diem in lieu of subsistence, as authorized by law for persons serving intermittently in Government service (5 U.S.C. 5701B5707)..." Nice, it looks like the government needs more expenses and "projects"
